1-on-1 personal training is as the name suggest, PERSONAL. It is tailored to you the individual based upon your current abilities and structured to accelerate your progress towards your goals. It all starts with an initial assessment to establish a baseline of how you perform various exercises and to see the range of motion you have across the body and also checking your body composition. This assessment checks for restrictions in movement, structural imbalances and potential red flags for risk of injury.

This assessment along with YOUR Specific, Measureable, Achievable, Realistic and Time (SMART) sensitive goal is my job which I take personally, is what is used to create a structured training program & nutritional guidance to reach your goals in an efficient and timely manner. I ensure that you perform every exercise not just properly but to its highest effect to maximize the result that is targeted from every repetition, set and session. I also strive to eliminate injury risk red flags, structural imbalances and improve overall quality of movement across the body.
Personal training is quite challenging and can be emotional as you overcome self doubt and gain confidence. I do hold you to be accountable, not just in the gym but also outside of it. Every session also includes a post workout nutrition shake that just like the personal training, includes handpicked nutrients tailored to your goals.
